Army Sgt. Ashly Lynn Moyer, 21, of Emmaus, Pa., whose mother lives in Dingman Township, Pa., was killed March 3, 2007, when an improvised explosive device detonated under her convoy in Baghdad. She was a member of the 630th Military Police Company.
